I generally recommend the 8 week group Mindfulness Course as the best way to learn mindfulness practices, as well as to benefit from the support and connection that can come from learning in a group environment. However, groups don’t suit everyone and some people may benefit from a more individualised programme.
Individual appointments are available at the Wellington Centre, Hastings. These appointments are available either for those who are new to mindfulness, or for those who may already have experience of mindfulness practices and are wanting support with integrating mindfulness into your life, including for when life is particularly difficult.
I also offer Counselling influenced by a mindfulness approach.
