Ruth has worked in the voluntary sector and the NHS for over 20 years, and has experience with a variety of client groups, including young people and adults with addictions and mental health difficulties. Her current role involves offering consultation and training regarding child and adolescent mental health treatments, as well as mindfulness group work.

Ruth is committed to working towards making mindfulness practices available for all who want to learn them. As part of this commitment I try to offer courses for people who are keen to attend but are unable to pay the full price. Please contact me for further information.
