Try out Mindfulness
On a Mindfulness Course participants learn a range of Mindfulness practices including seated, lying down and gentle movement based practices. Some of the practices are longer, approximately 30 minutes in length, and there are also shorter, mini practices that can be a really useful way of weaving mindfulness into your life, and a real help at times of stress.
You are welcome to try out this short practice for a taste of what Mindfulness Practices can be like. This practice can be done sitting down or standing up, no special equipment is needed, you could just take 5 minutes out to give it a go.
